Barrel sauna
Bought a 2m barrel sauna with roof extension. The waiting was a bit long but definitely worth it, as the result is absolutely amazing. Mounting the sauna requires a bit of DIY abilities, but with patience and a good preparation, nothing unachievable. The instructions are very clear, the wood well prepared and of great quality. Baltresto was very helpful throughout the delivery process. We’ve been enjoying our beautiful, cozy sauna everyday since. Highly recommended.

Best service ever!
Best service I ever had with a company outside Belgium. Order process very detailed and no question was unanswered. Delivery package was super but even then it can go wrong in the transport. But no problem 1 email and the damaged part was sent a second time without any charge. Mounting of the sauna was easy and clear. I am extremely happy with our Barrel sauna👍👍👍

I received excellent service…
I received excellent service throughout.My emails were always answered promptly and I felt that the company really cared that I got the product that would suit me. Even after delivery, they were always available to answer any questions I had. The tub was delivered exactly as agreed and within the given time frame. We ordered a wooden tub with no heater as we wanted it as a plunge pool. We are very happy with it so far ( although only 5 weeks so far)

Great product, terrific service!
We recently purchased a 4 person barrel sauna from Baltresto. The product is great and their service has been amazing. We encountered some issues with the shipment to Portugal, but that clearly was an issue with the shipping company and Jelena was extremely helpful getting the issue resolved and getting the product delivered to us ASAP. Really recommend this company if you are looking for a fair priced barrel sauna in Europe!

Satisfied with the barrel sauna
Satisfied with the barrel sauna, my choice was 1,6m Outdoor Sauna for 3 persons (S16E), which is good for a small family. Sauna is pre-heated to 100 C within 20 minutes (8kW heater). Regarding instructions and manual - it was not difficult but it is not IKEA. You need somebody who is handy and has some experience with building in generous.
