Our B-Grade Barrel Saunas are built using second-grade wood – fully functional and structurally sound, but with visible imperfections. This approach helps reduce waste, lower costs, and promote responsible use of natural resources.
Each board is hand-selected to meet technical requirements, even if the appearance varies.

    Wood is a natural, living material with inherent visual features such as knots, cracks, and others.

    In saunas of the base price category, up to 25% of boards may have minor visual imperfections.
    In saunas of the 2nd grade category at a reduced price, 50% to 90% of boards may have visual imperfections.

    Functionally, both categories are exactly the same - the only difference is appearance!
    Each board is selected manually to meet technical requirements, even if the appearance varies. This approach helps reduce waste and promotes the careful use of natural resources.

    Warranty:

    Covers structural integrity only - not visual appearance, as cosmetic imperfections are already factored into the price.
